CSR Initiatives – Impactful Training Programs Completed in 2024-25

With 16+ years of experience and a strong partnership with NSDC since 2019, we have successfully completed several CSR-driven training programs, including:

Bosch – Bridge Program (Caregiving Training) – Preparing professional caregivers to meet India’s healthcare needs
Special PMKVY 4.0 Projects – Training across multiple centers in Indore, Dewas, and Barwani.
Various Skill Development Programs – Successfully trained over 2000+ students at Government Holkar Science College, Indore

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept whereby companies integrate social and environmental concerns in their business operations and in their interaction with their stakeholders on a voluntary basis.

Vital address various socio-economic problems in Madhya Pradesh. Vital area of work in CSR activities under Skill Development, Education, Welfare of Women & Child Welfare, welfare of aged and disable people, Environment Preservation and pollution control measures & Healthcare etc.

In the present Indian scenario, skilling is emerging as an important agenda towards developing the nation. With the rapid growth in every sector, there has emerged the need for skilled manpower to accelerate the development process. Therefore, to fulfill the growing demand for skilled workforce and boost the economy, the CSR wings of corporate entities are coming up to skill the youth, through direct involvement or collaboration with the non-profits.

Vital proudly allied with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) since, 2019 although we already have over 16+ years of experience in vocational training. Moreover, we also help corporate execute their CSR initiatives; we have taken up such projects for:

Bosch – Bridge Program – Paramedics training Caregiver Although the demand for professional caregiving is very high in India, we lack in providing families professional caregivers. This new course on Caregiving which is being offered by Bosch BRIDGE program will try to address this need and provide this country the next set of trained and professional caregivers.

Vedanta Vedanta Rojgar (VR) program. VR is one of the prestigious initiatives of the Vedanta Foundation and also a noteworthy intervention amongst many CSR projects in India.

LinkedIn Project baseline with Samhita , LinkedIn project is especially designed for women looking for job. Under this project training given to women on Digital and New-age Literacy.
